As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and developing high-quality IT solutions. You will coordinate project activities, design and improve processes, bridge business needs with technical teams, and communicate closely with developers, managers, and stakeholders. Your contribution will help lead the team toward successful product delivery and long-term project success.
What will you do?
- Actively manage the project in an agile environment and ensure its successful completion.
- Manage and distribute the work capacities of team members.
- Design and monitor compliance with team and project goals.
- Create clear dashboards to track project activities and reports for managers.
- Assist in removing obstacles identified by developers and testers.
- Participate in planning and leading daily meetings and other work meetings.
- Actively participate in solving technical tasks and problems.
- Maintain up-to-date information on the progress of the project and record individual phases in MS Azure DevOps.
- Communicate with internal customers to ensure the correct direction of the project, development, testing and completeness of the product based on requirements.
- Oversee compliance with established plans, processes and deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience as Business Analyst within an international environment.
- Experience with leading a team in an IT environment.
- Experience with writing User Stories and good technical overview.
- Strong knowledge of agile methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of processes such as design, development, control and ensuring product delivery.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to clearly and distinctly communicate goals, proposals, changes and effectively resolve complications.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps, Power BI and others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, management and leaders of other teams, also in English.
The best candidates will also have
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, SaS, DAD
- PSO, PSM, PAL-E, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
