What will you do?

As Scrum Master, you will provide day-to-day support in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems. You also will:

• Facilitate key Scrum at scale ceremonies.
• Manage efficiency and productivity of Scrum teams, ensure Scrum artifacts are of proper quality and value and integrated amongst other teams.
• Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from included project members.
• Coordinate relevant individuals to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
• Answer project related questions; provide guidance and support for product integration.

What you have:

• Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions and promoting a positive team culture.
• Proven history and experience with building new teams in dynamic product environments.
• Experience with agile team measurements and techniques to increase teams' efficiency and productivity.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.
• Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products
• Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision
• Fluent English and Slovak language
