What You’ll Do:
- Own the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maximizing value for both users and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to drive agile delivery
- Transform business needs into user stories that bring value with each sprint
- Make strategic decisions on features, releases, and development priorities
- Represent the customer’s voice, ensuring a user-centric approach
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align expectations and drive collaboration
- Participate in Daily Scrum as needed
- Monitor progress, accept deliverables, and communicate updates externally
- Foster astrong agile culture, driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field
- 3+ years’ business analyst experience or requirement management work
- 3+ years of experience with the Agile methodology
- Fluent English and Slovak language
Top candidates will also possess these Qualifications:
- Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance)
- Domain expertise in business applications
- Knowledge of undercarriage and ground engagement tools
- Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Mingle, VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, Rally
- Demonstrated ability to empower teams
- Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
- Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team’s success
- Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.
