Product Owner

If you have experience in product ownership, agile methodologies, and backlog management, along with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions, we want to hear from you! As a Product Owner, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, prioritize development, and deliver high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maximizing value for both users and stakeholders
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to drive agile delivery
• Transform business needs into user stories that bring value with each sprint
• Make strategic decisions on features, releases, and development priorities
• Represent the customer’s voice, ensuring a user-centric approach
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align expectations and drive collaboration
• Participate in Daily Scrum as needed
• Monitor progress, accept deliverables, and communicate updates externally
• Foster astrong agile culture, driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and roles such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Product Owner rules and guidance.
• Experience with variety of tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI or other
• Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
• ​Fluent English and Slovak language

• Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance)
• Domain expertise in business applications
• Knowledge of undercarriage and ground engagement tools
• Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Mingle, VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, Rally
