What will you do?

As a GenAI Engineer you will provide support and problem resolution for specific products, you will also:

• Contribute to development and optimization of Large Language Model (LLM) applications, including prompt engineering, tool calls, and structured output parsing using frameworks like LangChain and Pydantic.
• Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including document processing, chunking strategies, embedding techniques, and hybrid/semantic search using vector databases.
• Architect and develop agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and AutoGen, creating autonomous workflows that solve complex business problems.
• Dedicate 10% of your time to applied research on cutting-edge topics in generative AI, staying ahead of industry developments and identifying new opportunities.
• Present findings and demonstrate prototypes to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

Basic Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Python with specific experience applying it to LLM and generative AI applications (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse).
• Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and semantic search implementations.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine the root cause of complex AI system challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Machine Learning: Strong foundation in traditional ML techniques (Clustering, Regression, Neural Networks) with emphasis on their application alongside generative AI.
• Requirements Analysis: Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Proven experience with cloud based projects, mainly within AWS environment.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
