As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications and platforms. You will work on both manual and automated testing, with a focus on integration, performance, regression, and acceptance testing. Your contribution will directly influence the success of large-scale projects and the satisfaction of our global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform testing of new and existing software products (manual and automated)
- Manage test cases, defects, and quality assurance tasks independently, including complex system areas
- Apply knowledge of regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Analyze business requirements to design and execute test cases
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution through bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements, enhancements, and upgrades
- Support end users and internal teams in debugging and verifying software functionality
- Plan and perform integration and acceptance testing with focus on quality and timely delivery
- Prepare test plans with clear scope, objectives, deliverables, and risk identification
- Track and report test metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure testing processes are efficient, repeatable, and effective

Language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual or automation) or a Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 1+ year of experience designing and developing test automation frameworks
- 1+ year of coding experience in modern languages (C++, Java, or Python – Python preferred)
- Strong skills with at least two of the following: Java/JUnit, Python, Selenium, Cucumber, JBehave, or other BDD frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in an international team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience planning, designing, and maintaining API test automation frameworks
- Hands-on development of test automation for CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in end-to-end, system, and integration testing
- Proven ability to develop test scripts, test cases, and test data
