As a Front Desk & Office Manager, you will be an essential member of our local and international support team. This is a key position for someone who takes pride in creating a well-functioning office environment and enjoys interacting with people daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for visitors, colleagues, suppliers, and applicants at our office
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors professionally and warmly
  • Keeping reception and meeting areas tidy and presentable
  • Managing incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Overseeing office supplies, procurement, and maintenance
  • Coordinating communication across departments, suppliers, and customers
  • Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, and office events
  • Supporting management and employees with various administrative tasks
  • Proactively improving office operations and processes
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar administrative position
  • Proven experience in direct communication with clients and customers
  • Fluent Slovak and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive personality with a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness
  • Someone who enjoys stability and takes pride in the role of Front Office & Office Manager
