As a Systems Engineer, you’ll take charge of maintaining and evolving our DataCenter infrastructure – from servers to firewalls – ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely. You’ll contribute to the future of our infrastructure by driving ideas, automation, and improvements across the board.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize core infrastructure in our DataCenters (*nix servers, firewalls, virtualization)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Proactively identify problems using monitoring tools and solve them before they escalate
- Apply security best practices using automation tools (HIDS, SeLinux, etc.)
- Collaborate with fellow systems engineers to deliver scalable, resilient systems
- Support the implementation of new ideas and continuous improvements
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to team innovation

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery and systems engineering
- Strong ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems like *RedHat, Alpine, OpenWRT,BSD
- Solid experience with:
- Docker or other container technologies
- Ansible or similar configuration management tools
- DevSecOps practices and tools
- Virtualization platforms like oVirt, VMware
- System hardening and secure configurations
- Application security practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with firewall tools (Iptables, PF, Firewalld, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix or Grafana
- CI/CD automation experience
- Proactive, creative mindset and a drive to learn new tech
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in cross-functional collaboration with product owners, engineers, and leadership
