As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects. This role requires good communication skills to collaborate with remote teams & manage end to end projects coordination effectively.

What will you do?
- Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
- Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
- Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
- Directing teams and monitoring project results for significant deviations.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Work on complex projects, application systems and infrastructure components, providing problem identification and resolution.
- Independently work on business valuable features.
- Communicate with end users and internal customers to ensure accuracy and integrity and completeness of the product.
- Perform integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of the product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT development.

- Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
- Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
- Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).
- Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.
- Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
- Experience working with and leading software engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion .
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Slovak.
