Ready to take your first step into the world of IT product management? We are looking for a Junior/Trainee Product Manager to join our team.

This part-time role is perfect for someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn how products are built, improved, and launched. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers, designers, and developers, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real product success stories.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with product teams, designers, developers, and management to bring ideas to life.
  • ​Help define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • ​Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • ​Assist in planning product roadmaps, tracking progress, and reporting results.
  • ​Support product launches, feature releases, and ongoing product improvements.
  • ​Maintain and organize product-related documentation.
  • ​Learn modern product management tools and methods while working alongside talented colleagues.

What you’ll learn:

What you must have:

  • A valid certificate from Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance (e.g., Professional Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Best candidates will also have:

  • Experience working in the IT industry.
  • ​Knowledge of the web/app development product lifecycle.
  • ​Knowledge of the web/app development project lifecycle.
  • ​Basic understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework beyond certification.
  • ​Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Redmine.
  • ​Awareness of UX/UI principles and how design impacts product success.
  • ​Experience collaborating with developers, designers, or QA testers.
